Oracle Utilities C2M Training Lead – (Philadelphia, PA)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Training Developer is responsible for developing, organizing and conducting divisional training programs for the rollout of end-user training for Oracle’s C2M product implementation. In addition, the Training Developer develops and designs training modules that are required prior to the go-live date of the new CIS project in order to train all end-users who are impacted by the solution.
- Develop and design training modules and courseware based on the Oracle C2M solution and internal business processes including but not limited to: course content, outlines, course materials, on-line and computer based training material, hard copy manuals, visual aids, quick reference guides, and fact sheets.
- Catalog and maintain library of training aids including computer based training materials, departmental communications, corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Perform other special projects and assignments as requested.
- Participate in select classes as requested by the Training Lead
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the Training Workplan
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4 to5 years of experience working in training, training program development, adult education or other related disciplines
- 2 to 4 years of Oracle’s C2M Product knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of CIS++ experience
- Ability to analyze business requirements, assess Utility Reference Models (URM’s), work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to develop training modules for end-user training
- Must have knowledge of computer-based presentation programs such as Power Point, Adobe and Publisher.
- Experience with using a Learning Management System (LMS) and creating modules using software such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, iSpring, or other related e-learning software
