The Kennedys HR team supports the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in various locations globally across Kennedys' 5 regions; APAC, EMEA, US, LATAM and UK. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Responsible Business, Policies and Operations, Reward and HR Systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS & Rewards Analyst to support the effective administration of our HR systems and Total Rewards programs. This role is responsible for accurate employee data management, joiner and lifecycle processing, and benefits and rewards reporting. This individual serves as a critical link between HR, Payroll, and Finance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with data entry and reporting, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure data integrity and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration - Perform accurate and timely data entry for new hires, employee changes, leaves of absence and terminations.
- Maintain employee records, job data, reporting relationships, and eligibility rules.
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities within the HRIS.
- Run standard and ad-hoc HRIS reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- Support HRIS audits, data validation, and system testing.
- Collaborate with HR counterparts to support global initiatives through data alignment, reporting, and cross-system coordination.
- Act as first-line support for HRIS data and reporting questions.
- Ensure accurate data feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits vendors.
- Document HRIS and rewards-related processes and procedures.
- Support compliance and audit activities related to employee data and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits - Conduct compensation and benefits market research to support benchmarking, internal alignment, and total rewards program design.
- Support reporting as directed by the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, including but not limited to:
- COBRA eligibility and vendor reporting
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), HSA, and other spending accounts
- Benefits enrollment and eligibility audits
- Assist with benefits invoice reconciliation and audit preparation.
Required Experience - 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or HR analytics
- Hands-on experience with employee data entry and HR reporting
- Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred; Workday exposure a plus
- Familiarity with benefits programs including COBRA and spending accounts (FSA/HSA).
- Experience supporting annual compensation processes is desirable
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams
- High attention to detail, strong numerical ability and ability to manage sensitive data
The annualized salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. However, this is contingent upon level of experience, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
