Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution across finance and procurement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
- Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Track deliverables and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Escalate risks and roadblocks appropriately.
- Support requirements gathering, planning activities, and solution delivery efforts.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 3-10 years of project management experience.
- Experience supporting finance, accounting, procurement, ERP, or business systems projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts, Jira, features, and user stories.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution independently.
- Procurement experience preferred but not required.
- ERP implementation experience.
- SAP environment experience.
- Procurement or source-to-pay process knowledge.
- Financial services or insurance industry experience.
- Exposure to cloud migration or ERP modernization initiatives.
