Summary

Position title: Workday Payroll and Time & Absence Functional Configurator
Location: remote

Contract: 6 months to perm

Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire

Requirements:

8+ years of Workday experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile experience
Comfortable as the dedicated configurator on a Scrum team

Primary Focus (Must Have):

Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management
Configuration of:

Absence plans & leave programs
Accrual schedules
Eligibility rules
Time entry calculations
Work schedules
Validations & compliance policies

Secondary Focus:

Workday Payroll configuration
Earnings, deductions, payroll calculations, and payroll maintenance

Additional Responsibilities:

Product team collaboration
Unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
Troubleshooting and Tier 2 production support
LOB stakeholder engagement
