Summary

Role: Fullstack Production Support

Location: San Ramon/San Francisco - Location – 3 days onsite in San Ramon or SFO

JD: 

Local Full-Stack Developer for L1 production support on the EWS 2.0 / Prism project. Will serve as first line of defense for platform health, incident triage, and rapid troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

·       Incident Triage & Resolution: Investigate and resolve L1 support tickets across .NET backends and React frontends.

·       Application Monitoring: Use Dynatrace to monitor uptime, track performance metrics, and inspect transaction traces.

·       Automated Testing: Execute and maintain Playwright test suites for synthetic checks and post-release verification.

·       Escalation & RCA: Perform initial root-cause analysis and route complex issues to L2/L3 engineering squads.

Required Skills

·       Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and React.

·       Proficiency in Dynatrace (APM) and Playwright (E2E testing).

·       Finance/Wealth Management experience a plus.
