Summary

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Workfront/Workflow Integration Lead- SME for one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: Workfront/Workflow Integration Lead- SME

Responsibilities

Design and configure enterprise business process solutions to meet client objectives.
Build and support integrations between work management platforms and downstream marketing/content systems.
Lead strategic implementations and drive user adoption across enterprise organizations.
Develop scalable automation solutions using integration and orchestration platforms.
Facilitate technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues.
Deliver post-deployment support and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with project teams to produce implementation artifacts, reporting frameworks, and process documentation.
Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow automation and business process transformation.
Mentor team members and contribute to implementation best practices.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience implementing enterprise work management and workflow automation solutions.
8+ Years of Hands-on experience with Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Strong understanding of content operations, digital asset management, campaign execution, and workflow optimization.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms using RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration technologies.
Experience with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
