Senior Lead Developer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with architects and technical leaders, and help accelerate software delivery through modern engineering practices and AI-powered development tools.

Key Responsibilities

    •    Lead application development initiatives across web, mobile, and digital platforms.

    •    Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and technical leaders to deliver scalable solutions.

    •    Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical direction and best practices.

    •    Identify and remove technical roadblocks while driving solution design and implementation.

    •    Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and development processes.

    •    Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

    •    Support modernization initiatives leveraging cloud-native and microservices architectures.

    •    Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development practices throughout the SDLC.

Required Technical Skills

Application Development

    •    Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NETCore

    •    Strong experience with Next.js

    •    Strong experience with Node.js

    •    Strong experience with React Native

Cloud & Architecture

    •    Experience building and deploying Microservices-based applications.

    •    Experience with Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)

    •    Experience with containerized application development and deployment

Content Management Systems (Nice to Have)

    •    Experience with Sitecore

    •    Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

AI & Developer Productivity (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate practical experience using AI tools throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required:

    •    Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot for development, code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.

    •    Experience integrating AI capabilities into engineering workflows and Agile delivery processes.

    •    Ability to demonstrate measurable productivity improvements through AI-assisted development.

Preferred:

    •    Experience with additional AI tools such as:
