Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / AI & IT Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation across enterprise IT, security, and business workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge strategy and execution—evaluating AI proof-of-concepts (POCs), identifying real automation opportunities, and delivering production-ready solutions.
You will work alongside existing DevSecOps teams (supported by Capgemini) and focus on advancing automation strategy, orchestration, and AI integration.

Role Objective
Design, build, and operationalize AI-powered automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and scale across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Automation Strategy
•    Evaluate current AI tools and POCs to determine production viability 
•    Identify automation opportunities across IT, security, and business teams 
•    Design and develop internal AI agents to support operational workflows

2. Hands-On Automation Development
•    Build end-to-end automation workflows (not just prototypes) 
•    Own the full lifecycle: discovery → design → build → test → deploy → optimize 
•    Deliver scalable, production-grade automation solutions with measurable impact 
________________________________________
3. Azure & IT Automation
•    Develop and implement automation within Azure environments 
•    Automate infrastructure, security, and operational workflows 
•    Collaborate with DevSecOps teams and extend existing automation frameworks

4. Orchestration & Integration
•    Use n8n (or similar orchestration tools) to manage workflows across platforms 
•    Integrate systems such as: 
o    SIEM / security tools 
o    ITSM / ticketing platforms 
o    AI models and agents 
•    Enable seamless data flow, decision-making, and automated responses

5. Security Automation & SOAR
•    Build and automate workflows across security platforms, including: 
o    SIEM (e.g., Splunk) 
o    Endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) 
o    SOAR platforms (e.g., Swimlane) 
•    Develop automated runbooks such as: 
o    Triggering tickets from SIEM alerts 
o    Enriching alerts using AI (ChatGPT / Claude) 
o    Automating incident response actions

Required Skills & Experience
Automation & Orchestration
•    Strong hands-on experience building and deploying automation workflows 
•    Experience with n8n or similar orchestration platforms 
•    Expertise in API integrations across enterprise systems

Cloud & Infrastructure
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure 
•    Experience automating cloud infrastructure, security, or IT operations

Security & IT Operations Tools
•    Experience with: 
o    SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk) 
o    Endpoint security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike) 
o    SOAR tools and incident response automation 
o    ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

AI & LLM Integration
•    Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs 
•    Ability to embed AI into workflows for: 
o    Data summarization 
o    Classification and enrichment 
o    Intelligent decision-making

Preferred Profile
•    Senior DevOps or Automation Engineer with AI integration experience 
•    Strong background in API integrations + workflow automation + cloud platforms 
•    Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
