Project Manager with Public Sector
Introduction:
We are seeking a Project Manager with 8 years of experience managing Agile projects at Federal projects at state and federal government agencies for a Hybrid role. This position will be on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and we will only accept local candidates. The primary project involves expanding reporting and analytics for users, requiring a mix of Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Scrum Master responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile projects at state and federal government agencies
- Act as the Scrum Master for the project team
- Provide status updates and project reporting
- Lead meetings with the program area and vendor''s sprint team
- Be the primary contact between in-house and vendor development teams
- Manage project schedule, budget, and scope
Requirements:
Requirements: Years of Experience 8 Project Management 8 Managing enterprise-scale data management projects 8 Managing agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar 8 Business Analysis Preferred 5 Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira 5 Quality Assurance 5 Data Analysis 3 Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred 1 Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications |
