Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and maintain highly available production systems. The role involves proactive monitoring, incident management, automation, and supporting cloud migration initiatives using modern observability and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance using observability tools

• Handle critical production incidents end-to-end with minimal downtime

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability

• Improve monitoring coverage, alerting, and system performance

• Automate operational tasks and incident response

• Support migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms

• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards

Mandatory Skills

• Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support experience

• Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics

• Incident management and troubleshooting

• Monitoring and observability tools

• Shell scripting / Python

• Grafana dashboards
