Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, identifying business trends, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.

  • Perform data analysis using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and business insights to support decision-making.

  • Perform data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document analytical requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reports.

  • Support data integration, ETL processes, and data transformation.

  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.

Required Technical Skills

  • SQL: Advanced SQL, Joins, CTEs, Stored Procedures, Window Functions.

  • Programming: Python, Pandas, NumPy.

  • Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel.

  • Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

  • Data Processing: ETL, Data Cleaning, Data Transformation.

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Analytics: Statistical Analysis, Data Modeling, Predictive Analytics.

  • Tools: Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Git.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
