Oracle SaaS Security Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle SaaS Security Analyst II in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large enterprise technology organization supporting Oracle SaaS security operations and governance, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM. This role independently administers security for a complex environment supporting 12,000+ employees on payroll and approximately 3,000 active HCM SaaS users.

The ideal candidate balances service responsiveness, strong control discipline, and practical problem solving while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Technical teams.

Key Tasks:
* Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM security roles and access configurations
* Resolve complex access issues, provisioning errors, and security defects
* Translate approved business access requests into secure role assignments
* Support testing, migration, and deployment of security changes across environments
* Perform access reporting, audits, certifications, and segregation-of-duties reviews
* Evaluate the security impact of Oracle updates and UI/SaaS enhancements
* Partner with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure secure, compliant access

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
* 2-5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle SaaS/ERP security, or enterprise IAM
* Solid understanding of Oracle security models, role hierarchies, data security, and compliance
* Experience with change management, incident resolution, and testing in SaaS environments
* Ability to balance usability, least-privilege access, and compliance requirements
* Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Added plus:
* Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM functional modules
* Familiarity with SSO, identity governance, and access management tools
* Exposure to Oracle reporting, data migration, integrations, or configuration tools
* Background supporting large, distributed or operationally complex workforces
* Strong risk awareness, continuous-improvement mindset, and collaborative skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
