Description

Agentic AI is rapidly changing how engineers build, explore, and automate technical workflows with MATLAB and Simulink. How these capabilities are explained, discovered, and adopted needs to evolve just as quickly.

In this role, you will lead Technical Content Strategy and Creation for the Agentic AI campaign, ensuring content is clear, structured, reusable, and easy to find across core outbound marketing surfaces. This includes web content, SEO strategy, blogs, campaign materials, and content that supports real customer workflows and drives usage.

You will work closely with PMMs, product managers, SEO and digital channel owners to transform technical capabilities into content that engineers can understand and apply. This is a content-focused role, with an emphasis on improving content quality, discoverability, and consistency across the Agentic AI campaign.

MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates inclusivity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence.

  • Continuously refine messaging and positioning as Agentic AI technologies, examples, and use cases mature.

Content Creation & Source Materials

Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, ebooks, web content, and campaign materials
Develop reusable source content that PMMs and adjacent teams can adapt for their product areas
Turn technical assets (skill files, examples, demos) into clear, customer-facing content
Ensure content is structured for clarity, reuse, and extension across teams

SEO, Discoverability & Engagement
  • Partner with SEO and channel teams to improve discoverability across MATLAB web and digital channels
  • Develop content strategies that support modern content discovery, including SEO tactics, and content built for LLM consumption
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities that increase visibility, engagement, and adoption
  • Use search, engagement, and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions about content priorities, investments, and future content strategy

PMM Enablement & Agentic AI Amplification
  • Partner with PMMs to develop promotional strategies for Agentic AI capabilities, including demos, examples, skill files, and product-specific content.
  • Share campaign best practices, messaging guidance, and content recommendations that improve visibility, engagement, and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate product stories, customer examples, and technical innovations through Agentic AI campaign channels and content.
  • Connect product-level initiatives to the broader Agentic AI narrative, helping create a more cohesive customer experience across product areas.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
