Performance Test Engineer(NeoLoad is must)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad and Dynatrace to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise-scale applications. The role focuses on identifying performance bottlenecks, ensuring system scalability, and collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to drive performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad

• Analyze application behavior using Dynatrace (APM, PurePath, service flows, infrastructure metrics)

• Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers

• Correlate NeoLoad test results with Dynatrace insights to provide actionable recommendations

• Create detailed performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and reports

• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot performance issues and validate fixes

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs

• Support performance testing for cloud, microservices, and distributed systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (scripting, scenario design, result analysis)

• Solid expertise in Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, root cause analysis)

• Good understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies

• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and microservices

• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, JSON, XML

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, basic scripting, and monitoring tools

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
