Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, onboarding users to Microsoft 365, supporting Windows systems, and assisting with email and document migrations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to user inquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prioritize and resolve technical issues based on urgency and business impact.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain user accounts, computers, groups, and policies within Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Onboard new users to Microsoft 365, including setup and support for:
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Microsoft OneDrive
    • Microsoft Outlook
  • Assist with migrating end-user emails and documents to Microsoft 365 from:
    • On-premise Microsoft Exchange Server
    • External Microsoft 365 environments
    • Google Workspace
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows 11.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office 2016, including importing/exporting emails, calendars, and contacts.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including wired and wireless connectivity issues using tools such as ping and traceroute.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes clearly.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or helpdesk/support experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience onboarding users to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience migrating emails and documents to Microsoft 365 from on-premise or cloud platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
