Summary

·        5–8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile coaching roles.

·        Strong understanding of Agile principles, the Scrum framework, Kanban, and iterative software development.

·        Hands-on experience with Jira, including sprint management, backlog administration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

·        Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing cross-functional Agile teams.

·        Strong knowledge of user stories, story points, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.

·        Proven ability to identify and remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies.

·        Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

·        Experience with Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and lead time.

·        Ability to coach teams on self-management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
