Lead Low Voltage Technician to travel to industrial project sites and oversee cable installation crews. If you're confident running work, directing technicians, and keeping projects moving in fast-paced industrial environments, we want to talk to you.
Description:We are seeking a traveling lead technician to manage cable installation and pathway creation in large industrial plants and commercial construction settings. These environments are crowded with multiple trades, so we need someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep the team working safely and efficiently. Dependability and strong leadership references are required.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise technicians on industrial cable installation projects.
- Oversee cable pulling, pathway creation, and device installation tasks.
- Coordinate daily workflow and ensure productivity across the team.
- Communicate with site leadership, foremen, and other trades.
- Travel to multiple job sites and maintain consistent, reliable performance.
Skills:- Strong knowledge of low voltage cabling, pathways, and installation standards.
- Ability to train, guide, and correct technicians when needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:- Must have personal basic tools; major tools and materials provided.
- Must be comfortable traveling on short notice and working extended stays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
