- Track and report program-level progress, including weekly consolidated status updates, RAID/dependency dashboards, and operational readiness views. Provide daily reporting during critical delivery windows.
- Proactively identify architectural and delivery risks, recommend mitigation options, and escalate appropriately to remove blockers and avoid late surprises for leadership.
- Ensure SRE deliverables are operationalized, including runbooks/playbooks, training, knowledge transfer, and documented handoffs with measurable acceptance criteria for steady-state ownership.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet delivery objectives and establish clear handoff and continuity practices for sustained workstream progress.
Qualifications: - 3+ years as a Senior Program Manager leading large multi-workstream technology initiatives, with experience managing parallel workstreams and vendor ecosystems.
- 7+ years of overall experience in application/infrastructure delivery with proven exposure to SRE/observability programs.
- Experience managing enterprise programs that deliver SRE outcomes, such as SLO/SLI adoption, incident management, and platform hardening.
- Proven track record of presenting to VP/SVP/executive forums and maintaining program governance artifacts for executive consumption.
Key Skills & Competencies: - Enterprise program leadership: Ability to integrate multiple independent workstreams and hold teams accountable to commitments.
- Multi-workstream integration: Skilled in coordinating PMs, vendors, and independent teams into a unified delivery plan.

- Proactive risk & issue management: Actively identifies, escalates, and mitigates risks and dependencies early to ensure leadership is never surprised by delays or delivery threats.
- Adaptability in enterprise environments: Effective across mixed delivery models, legacy and modern tech stacks, and organizational complexity while maintaining delivery momentum.
