Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Business Process Director and Team Lead, the Business Process Analyst supports the daily operations of SmartAuction and white label websites. This role is responsible for delivering effective customer and vendor support, monitoring vendor performance, and supporting the implementation and improvement of business processes.
The Work Itself:
- Provide high-quality customer experience by delivering professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations
- Ensure all vendor support activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Process invoices, incentives, and rebates in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and enhancements to existing processes by applying operational and vendor monitoring expertise.
- Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them clearly and promptly to leadership. Ensure all desk policies and procedures are current, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Type of prior related experience:
College degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
Special skills/abilities/competencies required:
- Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions.
