We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager with a proven track record in improving customer communication. Experience in the financial services or a related highly regulated industry is a plus. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and engineering, is critical. The candidate should be comfortable translating complex business needs into clear project plans and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders at all levels. responsibilities:
-Lead the enhancement of the top 20 call-driving message templates to improve clarity and effectiveness, in partnership with business, content, and experience experts. -Oversee the transformation of online document notifications, incorporating personalized and actionable content to drive member engagement, in partnership with business, content, and experience experts. -Complete comprehensive member journey mappings for all lines of business products, identifying opportunities for template enhancement or obsolescence, in partnership with design, business, and experience experts. -Utilize performance data to inform and update our digital messaging and document standards, in partnership with product teammates and content experts. -Measure and report on key performance indicators, including volume of template enhancements and obsoletions, volume of templates sent, CTA click rates, message opt-out impacts, and the number of journeys evaluated, in partnership with product teammates.
qualifications:
-Detail oriented and organized
-Project Management: 7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-initiative projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and risk management.
-Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: 4+ years of experience defining KPIs, analyzing message performance data (e.g., click-through rates, opt-out rates), and deriving actionable insights to drive improvements.
-Digital Messaging Strategy & Execution: 5+ years of experience developing and implementing digital messaging strategies, including experience with content personalization, journey mapping, and A/B testing for communication platforms.
Tools: Jira workflow management, microsoft (i.e. excel, PP, etc), box; Jira and analytics a plus
