Electrical Engineer – Mason, OH (Onsite | Direct Hire)

Vaco is partnering with a fast-growing engineering firm in Mason, Ohio to hire multiple Electrical Engineers for full-time, direct hire opportunities. 

Our client is expanding in 2026 to support next-generation, carbon-free and zero-emission energy solutions within highly regulated industries. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to hardware design, PCB layout (CAD), analog circuit development, and electronics testing

• Reverse engineer and refurbish legacy or obsolete components

• Perform certification and validation testing for use in regulated systems

• Collaborate within a small, agile engineering team, taking ownership of projects from concept through execution

• Continuously expand technical capabilities in a hands-on, innovation-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

• 2–5 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience (strong early-career engineers encouraged to apply)

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: hardware design, PCB layout, electronics testing, or analog circuits

• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a growth-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
