IT Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solution. This role is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale IT implementations within manufacturing and supply chain environments and will oversee reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solution. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success criteria. Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful execution and delivery. Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Coordinate and manage business stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors. Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews. Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to leadership teams. Foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Reporting & Analytics Delivery Manage reporting and analytics workstreams supporting production planning and supply chain oper ations. Oversee implementation and integration of: Snowflake Data Platform Tableau Dashboards Power BI Reporting Solutions Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful operational and executive dashboards. Ensure reporting solutions support business intelligence, operational performance monitoring, and executive decision-making. Systems Integration & Data Management Coordinate integration activities between: Blue Yonder MPS ERP Systems Snowflake Tableau Power BI Other enterprise applications Work closely with Data Engineering, ERP, Business Intelligence, and technical teams to support seamless data flow and solution integration. Ensure data quality, governance, and system interoperability throughout implementation. Risk, Quality & Governance Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests. Maintain project quality standards and ensure adherence to organizational governance processes. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data governance standards, and implementation best practices. Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and lessons learned. Testing, Deployment & Support Coordinate testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution. Lead cutover planning, deployment activities, hypercare support, and project closure. Ensure smooth transition to business and support teams following implementation. PMO & Continuous Improvement Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on project requirements. Support Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives and enterprise IT projects as assigned. Recommend improvements to project governance, delivery processes, and stakeholder engagement pr actices. Required Qualifications B achelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects. Proven experience leading Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) implementation projects, preferably involving: Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Supply Planning Manufacturing Planning Solutions Experience managing analytics and reporting projects utilizing: S nowflake Tableau Power BI Strong understanding of: Ma nufacturing Planning Production Scheduling Supply Chain Planning ERP Integrations Business Intelligence Solutions Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including: Data Engineering Reporting & Analytics ERP Teams Business Intelligence Teams Strong proficiency with project management tools such as: Microsoft Project Jira Smartsheet ServiceNow Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to det ail. Preferred Qualifications H ands-on experience with Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or other Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning modules. Experience implementing Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI reporting soluti ons. Experience integrating Blue Yonder with ERP platforms such as: SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC Experience with cloud platforms including: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS ) Google Cloud Platform ( Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of: Ma terial Requirements Planning (MRP) Finite Capacity Scheduling Production Planning Processes Manufacturing Operations Experience supporting supply chain transformation, enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or data warehousing initiatives. Experience working with globally distributed teams and international stakeholders. Certifications (If Any) Preferred Certifications: P roject Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Certification Agile Project Management Certification Additional certifications in Supply Chain, ERP Systems, Cloud Platforms, or Business Intelligence technologies are considered a plus. Top Qualifications 1 0+ years of IT Project Management experience. Proven success leading Blue Yonder (JDA) MPS, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning implementations. Strong experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI reporting solutions. Expertise in supply chain planning, ERP integrations, and enterprise systems implementation. Excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and cross-functional lead ership skills. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , SAFe Certification
