Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 11+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full Microsoft technology stack along with modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, and will be comfortable leading technical design discussions and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworks
Architect end-to-end solutions including database design, API development, and front-end integration
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding best practices/standards
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Mentor junior and mid-level developers; provide technical leadership within Agile/Scrum teams
Participate in CI/CD pipeline design and cloud deployment strategies
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to SDLC, unit testing, and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

11+ years of overall software development experience, with strong focus on .NET technologies
Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
Front-end expertise in Angular (8+) / React.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, query optimization, database design); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) a plus
Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful/SOAP Web Services
Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Service Bus) or AWS
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principles
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/TFS)
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
