Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead customer-facing digital initiatives within a leading automotive organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing website, e-commerce, digital platform, or web application projects and strong hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans, schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Review business requirements, manage project backlogs, and coordinate technical design and testing.
  • Oversee releases, deployments, and post-launch activities.
  • Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience with customer-facing websites, digital platforms, e-commerce, sales platforms, or web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on Scrum Master experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Technical understanding of software development, integrations, and QA processes.
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Clarity PPM.
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience managing complex digital integrations and transactions.

Note: This position requires onsite work in Torrance, CA, four days per week.
