Business / Systems Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking a Business/Systems Analyst III in support of their mass media client in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate brings deep telecom experience, thrives in complex, matrixed environments, and can quickly onboard to contribute in a fast-paced, execution-driven setting.

Summary:
This position serves as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering/development teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex business operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives
* Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and engineering/development teams
* Translate business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
* Identify, document, track, and report system issues through resolution
* Support business process improvement initiatives and planning efforts
* Collaborate across one or multiple business units within a large, matrixed organization
* Provide analytical and coordination support during major product build and launch activities

Current Project Focus:
* Standing up T-Mobile MBNO (Mobile Broadband Network Operator) capabilities
* Playing a critical role during build-out and pre-launch execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
* Telecom domain experience required, specifically within mobile products
* Experience working with: Network operators (e.g., MVNO/MBNO environments)
* Experience with Wholesale or reseller models (highly desirable)
* Experience with mobile partnerships or parity builds across carriers (preferred)
* Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and technical requirements documentation
* Proven ability to work effectively in large, matrixed organizations
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Ability to onboard quickly and deliver immediate value
* Telecom industry experience is a must

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
