About the JobIn this contingent assignment, you will consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will work on multi-faceted, long-term challenges that require deep technical judgment, evaluation of ambiguous factors, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help design, build, and deliver modern, scalable software and generative AI solutions that meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
Responsibilities- Consult on complex software engineering initiatives involving large-scale planning and execution.
- Analyze and resolve multi-dimensional technical challenges that require evaluation of multiple trade-offs, including novel or ambiguous factors.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of generative AI solutions using modern frameworks and agent-based architectures.
- Collaborate strategically with client and partner teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (industry, consulting, military, education, or training).
- 5+ years of experience building single-page applications using languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React.js, Next.js).
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on experience building generative AI applications using tools and frameworks such as ADK, OpenAI agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks and styling libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience deploying and integrating applications on public cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions under changing requirements.
