Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Program Manager, Financial Transformation to join our rapidly growing team. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in financial management, project planning, and business process improvement. The Permanent Program Manager will be responsible for leading the transformation of our financial processes in areas such as Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, and Pay to Procure to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the financial transformation program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
2. Develop and implement project plans, manage changes, and coordinate resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
3. Utilize your expertise in business process improvement to identify areas of inefficiency, propose solutions, and lead the implementation of these solutions.
4. Collaborate with various departments to centralize our financial operations, reducing redundancy and improving efficiency.
5. Oversee the out model process, ensuring it aligns with our financial goals and operational needs.
6. Manage the AP, AR, Treasury, and Pay to Procure functions, ensuring they are operating effectively and efficiently.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
8. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as necessary.
9. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the transformation program.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
2. 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in financial transformation or related field.
3. Proven experience in project planning, change management, and business process improvement.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience in AP, AR, Treasury, and Pay to Procure functions.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
