– API and integration platforms
• Hands-on experience running: – PI Planning
– Program Increment execution
– Sprint cadence and release trains
• Expert-level stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Strong financial acumen: – Budget forecasting
– Capacity planning
– Resource allocation
• Executive-facing communication and reporting skills
• Tools: Jira, Rally, Confluence, Rational Team Concert (RTC), MS Excel, PowerPoint
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience delivering multiple, concurrent initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• Strong SAFe Agile methodology expertise (certification preferred)
• Experience coordinating work across distributed, cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and integration platforms
• Ability to manage scope, risk, budget, and timeline simultaneously
• Proven experience producing dashboards, metrics, and leadership reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PMP / Agile PMP / SAFe Agile certification preferred
Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and programs
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking
• Lead all Agile and SAFe ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Track and report on project health, risks, and milestones
• Manage budget forecasting, optimization, and utilization
• Coordinate with architects, engineering, and business leaders to align scope and delivery
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure delivery meets enterprise standards and release timelines
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices
