job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Argus Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise life sciences clients in maintaining critical pharmacovigilance systems. Joining our Application Managed Services team, you will act as the primary technical point of contact during US hours, delivering tier-level ITIL support, resolving system issues, and ensuring seamless platform operations.

responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated technical and application support for Oracle Argus Safety systems.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours to address application inquiries and ticket escalations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve platform incidents in accordance with established ITIL service standards and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with application delivery teams to implement platform updates, functional enhancements, and system maintenance.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Argus Safety applications.
5+ years of experience in ITIL application support, incident management, and ticketing workflows.
5+ years of domain knowledge in pharmacovigilance, drug safety systems, and life sciences R&D environments.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with Laboratory or Scientific Informatics applications support/development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing consultant roles.
