Must Have Technical Skills:

• SharePoint Online Development ? Build, customize, and manage SharePoint Online sites and solutions ? Configure site architecture, navigation, permissions, and content management ? Develop custom components and integrations using SPFx and Microsoft 365 technologies
• Single Page Application (SPA) Development ? Develop and maintain applications using React, Angular, or Vue ? Create reusable components and scalable front-end architectures ? Implement state management, routing, and authentication
• Advanced Front-End Development ? Expert-level JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 ? Translate UI/UX prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces ? Optimize accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• API & Data Integration ? Consume and integrate REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and web services ? Work with JSON, asynchronous programming, and complex data models ? Build secure, data-driven user experiences
• AI Agent Development ? Design and develop AI-powered agents with Copilot an/or Microsoft Foundry ? Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI solutions ? Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 and business systems
• SharePoint AI Solutions ? Develop AI agents that leverage SharePoint content and knowledge bases ? Build solutions that provide intelligent search, summarization, and knowledge retrieval
