Position: Senior .NET Modernization Developer (Full-Stack)

Job Description: Senior engineer leading modernization of mission-critical licensing platforms from legacy ASP.NET to .NET 8+ and Azure-based architectures. Own design, development, testing, deployment, and operations in a lean, ownership-driven team. Build scalable API-first services, cloud-native solutions, and data platform modernization, while ensuring security, accessibility, and data integrity. You will drive technical decisions, mentor teammates, and deliver production-ready solutions end-to-end.
Most Important Technical Skills:
- React-based UI development (within existing apps, not greenfield)
- .NET 6/7/8/10 and legacy migration experience
- Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and deployment pipelines
- SQL Server: data architecture, performance tuning, migrations
- RESTful API design and integration (external/internal)
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD
- Power BI or SSRS reporting development
- ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- AI & Azure Agentic AI service integration (production apps)
- Middleware tools (Boomi or MuleSoft)
