Job DescriptionTenSeven Security is seeking professional, dependable, and motivated
Unarmed Security Officers to protect our clients, their employees, visitors, and property. Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, enforcing site policies, and completing accurate reports.

Job Requirements- Valid Texas DPS Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer registration or ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to meet all applicable Texas DPS Private Security requirements for employment as a non-commissioned security officer
- Strong situational awareness and observational skills
- Professional appearance, communication, and conduct
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during stressful situations
- Ability to de-escalate conflicts and interact professionally with the public
- Ability to accurately document incidents and complete reports
- Ability to follow post orders, company policies, security procedures, and client-specific requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to perform the physical duties required for the assigned post
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Availability to work assigned shifts, which may include days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have- Previous security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with CCTV, access control, or surveillance systems
- Loss prevention experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing security positions
