Position: Strategy Lead

Location: Plano TX (Only Local Candidates)
Job Type: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategy Lead to drive business growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and monitor strategic plans that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate and business unit strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyze business performance data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.
  • Create business cases, financial models, forecasts, and presentations for executive decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
  • Drive process improvements and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate strategic recommendations and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business operations, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies such as OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, or SWOT analysis.
