Business Systems Consultant ADP Workforce Now
Location: 100% Remote Must work Pacific Time hours
Duration: 6 Month+ Contract
Compensation: $65 75/hr W2
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Consultant to support enterprise business applications, with an initial focus on ADP Workforce Now. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines hands-on systems expertise with strong business relationship management, analytical thinking, and consultative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive technology initiatives forward.
What You ll Do:
- Support ADP Workforce Now implementation, configuration, stabilization, and ongoing system enhancements, including payroll processes, user management, integrations, and reporting.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, system owners, and IT teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.
- Support system compliance and audit activities, including SOX controls, User Access Reviews (UARs), administrator activity/change logs, and collaboration with internal and external auditors.
- Evaluate business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and present solution options with recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities.
- Support multiple business applications and technology initiatives, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to manage implementations, resolve issues, and drive projects through completion.
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong hands-on ADP Workforce Now implementation and configuration experience, including a solid understanding of HRIS, ATS, payroll processes, and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting multiple enterprise business applications, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand integrations, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong knowledge of SOX controls, User Access Reviews (UARs), system change logs, audit reporting, and experience working directly with auditors.
- Excellent business relationship management, communication, and business analysis skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution consulting, and vendor management.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with demonstrated ownership of system initiatives, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience supporting implementations of varying complexity. Pharmaceutical/life sciences industry and Sunshine Act experience are highly preferred.
