Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Technical Project Manager/Senior Technical Project Manager (Data). This is a 12+ months contract opportunity based in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid).
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology projects within the Data business domain. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery using Agile methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum & Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of project management experience with strong Agile exposure.
- Additional PM certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing complex, multi-team projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in financial/project budget management.
Technical & Tools Experience:
- Jira, Confluence
- Smartsheets
- Microsoft Project / Office tools

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and delivery success.
- Drive Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure adherence across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlog.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Monitor project scope and proactively manage scope creep.
- Track and report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate continuous improvement using Agile metrics and feedback.
- Coordinate software releases and delivery timelines.
- Coach and mentor teams, TPMs, and Product Owners on Agile frameworks.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $60/hour to $80/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
