Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Operations Administrative Project Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. This onsite role will work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Overview:
This role provides critical administrative, operational, and coordination support across multiple teams while serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing business analysis and technology coordination skills while supporting a fast-paced technology environment. Prior technical experience is not required.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for leadership and team members
* Maintain organized records, documentation, and SharePoint content
* Support document control activities, policy updates, and version management
* Track assignments, action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities
* Provide administrative support across multiple technology-focused teams
* Gather business requirements and document workflows, meeting notes, and process details
* Assist with preparing requirement summaries, user stories, and process documentation
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support day-to-day operational activities for enterprise applications
* Coordinate hardware-related activities including inventory updates, asset tagging, deployment scheduling, and device intake processes
* Assist with procurement activities, purchase requests, vendor documentation, and contract coordination
* Support budgeting and purchasing functions as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or operational support roles
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
* Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong attendance record
* Willingness to learn business analysis concepts and technology-related processes
* Applicants must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday in Phoenix, Arizona

Preferred:
* Experience with procurement, purchasing, or vendor management processes
* Familiarity with SAP, SRM, or similar enterprise systems
* Experience supporting enterprise, utility, municipal, or large corporate environments
* Exposure to IT operations, governance, compliance, or technology support functions
* Experience working with technical teams or supporting enterprise applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
