Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adoption & Change Lead to drive the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and other enterprise AI capabilities across the client's organization. 

The role focuses on translating AI technology deployments into measurable business adoption. The candidate will work with business leaders, IT teams, communications, HR, and end users to assess change impacts, develop adoption plans, facilitate engagement activities, measure usage and business outcomes, and embed new ways of working. 

The ideal candidate combines structured organizational change management practices with practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and enterprise digital transformation.
