We are looking for a project manager for one of my client at Austin,tx

Work with ITS Leadership, ITS team members and Digital Accessibility Program SMEs to define the scope of work and the needs for the Agency's digital accessibility projects to include documenting current state and future state Digital Accessibility Program projects.
Design and plan for implementation of various future accessibility initiatives and projects in alignment to meet compliance with Federal, State, and agency procedures, policies, rules, and laws including DOJ ADA Title II.
Work in partnership with ITS leadership, Business Analyst(s) and Digital Accessibility Coordinator to review, analyze, and evaluate Agency Digital Accessibility Program needs.
Develop project proposals, work break down structures (WBS), project cost estimates including scope, schedule, and budget(s).
Enhance agency digital accessibility efforts by monitoring and tracking accessibility updates, communicating both internally and externally on continuous improvements.
Create and present reports that describe accessibility obstacles and recommendations to overcome obstacles.
Performs related work as assigned.

Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.

*****DFPS Not-to-Exceed Rate is $131.00/hr*****

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
8	Required	Years of experience in the field or in a related area as a Senior Project Manager
8	Required	Experience in drafting complete project proposals, work break down (WBS), project cost estimates including scope, schedule, and budget(s).
4	Required	Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)
4	Required	Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4	Required	Documents prepares and presents solution options, risk identification and analysis.
4	Required	Experience in documenting detailed descriptions of user needs, Program functions and steps required to implement changes.
1	Preferred	Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.
1	Preferred	Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) EIR Accessibility Policy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA related to federal and state accessibility requirements.
1	Preferred	Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility services for digital content and Electronic Information Resources, such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, and training materials.
1	Preferred	Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master.
