Summary

Role:  Power BI Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Hybrid – 3 days office in a week)

Only locals required – No Relocation

 Visa: Any Visa

 Must Have:

 Candidate must show the DL copy on video at the time of submission

 Need to Share live location at the time of submission

 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop complex data models and perform data analysis to support business needs.
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, usability, and compliance.
  • Implement row-level security and data access controls.
  • Automate data refreshes and manage data gateway configurations.
  • Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI trends and Power BI features.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or related fields.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services, SSIS, SSRS, or other BI tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar.
  • Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
