We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Manager to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional software and product development teams on medium-to-high complexity initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a central communication hub and primary single point-of-contact for removing impediments, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring key milestones, sprints, and Program Increments (PI) are delivered predictably and efficiently.

The ideal candidate acts as a change agent who optimizes team workflows, coaches Product Leaders on backlog health and roadmap planning, and applies industry best practices to drive delivery excellence.

  • Impediment Removal & Risk Management: Proactively identify and eliminate blockers, manage risks, and partner with project and release managers to support production deployment activities.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop clear dashboards and reports tracking sprint status, release roadmaps, and core Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput).
  • Continuous Improvement: Function as an Agile change agent, refining team processes, keeping teams accountable for planned outcomes, and maintaining healthy product backlogs.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Seasoned professional with extensive, hands-on experience executing Agile methodologies and managing business-critical software/product delivery efforts.
  • Agile Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Agile concepts, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with proven success coaching teams and product managers.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse technical and executive audiences.
  • Decision-Making & Independence: Ability to work independently under broad strategic goals, exercising sound judgment, risk management, and professional methodology.
