Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will act as a liaison between business lines and technology partners, facilitating the delivery of complex automated solutions. You will support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with technology and business strategies, translating business processes into user stories for automation delivery. This position requires a strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, and experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between lines of business and technology partners to solve complex business problems with automated solutions
- Support the business in aligning Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with technology and business strategies
- Support the development of automation analysis and design methodology, tools, and artifacts
- Work directly with subject matter experts to comprehend business processes and translate them into clear user stories
- Create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment
- Support automation testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Conduct product demos and provide product acceptance
- Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, and issues
- Ensure compliance with the client's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements
- Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
Requirements: - 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with the ability to translate business needs to technical requirements
- Experience leading and collaborating with Engineering teams to design and implement AI/Agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, or MS CoPilot Studio
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development
- Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office
Pay range: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
