Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark and Scala
- Work with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, and Kafka
- Build and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data processing
- Manage SQL and NoSQL databases with performance tuning expertise
- Implement data solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Apply data warehousing concepts and distributed computing principles
- Collaborate in Agile environments using CI/CD pipelines and Git
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Scala
- Expertise in Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, HDFS) and Kafka
- Proven experience building scalable ETL/Data Pipelines
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of data warehousing and distributed computing
- Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
