Required Skills:

Consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

· Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· 7+ years of experience developing applications in multiple programming languages

· 5+ years of database design and administration experience

· 5+ years of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance

· Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

· Advanced knowledge of SQL and SQL databases

· Experience with IIS configuration

· Experience with Windows Server 2016–2025

· Advanced knowledge of C#

· Documentation and knowledge transfer experience

· Strong English speaking and written communication skills

Operating Systems

· Windows Server – Intermediate – Required – Versions 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025

· Linux – Intermediate – Preferred – zLinux, Red Hat, SUSE

Programming Languages / Development Tools

· .NET – Advanced – Preferred

· .NET Core – SME – Required

· C# – SME – Required

Database Systems / Tools

· Microsoft SQL – Advanced – Required

· IIS 11 – Advanced – Required

Preferred:

· IBM DB2
