Netsuite Business Systems Analyst (Order to Cash)

Location:  Hybrid - Sunnyvale, CA  (2-3 days/week onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive business process improvements and system enhancements for our Order to Cash (O2C), Billing, Revenue Recognition, Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, RevOps, IT, and external vendors to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions while ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.

·  Collaborate with Finance, SalesOps, and IT to enhance Order to Cash (O2C) processes in NetSuite.

·  Define and implement billing solutions, including subscription, usage-based, and one-time billing models.

·  Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and payment processing in NetSuite.

Revenue Recognition:

·  Configure and optimize NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.

·  Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and other accounting standards for revenue recognition.

·  Partner with Finance to automate revenue reporting and reconciliation.

Integration & GTM Operations:

·  Work with IT and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integrations between NetSuite and CRM, CPQ, payment gateways, tax engines, and other SaaS applications.

·  Support GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies by aligning systems with pricing models, discount structures, and sales workflows.

·  Optimize workflows for quote-to-cash, contract management, and renewals.

Business Process & System Optimization:

·  Gather and document business requirements, translating them into NetSuite configurations and enhancements.

·  Work with technical teams to design, test, and deploy system improvements.

·  Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

·  5+ years of experience as a NetSuite BSA, or Consultant.

·  Strong expertise in Order to Cash, Billing, Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and NetSuite integrations.

·  Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, CPQ, payment processors, and tax software.

·  Proficiency in SuiteScript coding, and SuiteFlow a plus.

·  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
