Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Specialist with a strong background in identity governance and administration, specifically with SailPoint. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on enterprise security solutions, risk management, and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data, while also supporting our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Scrum Master, SailPoint IIQ, ISC and Change Management
Design, implement, and manage SailPoint identity governance solutions to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor security incidents and respond to security breaches, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
Provide training and support to staff on security best practices and awareness.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with SailPoint identity governance solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience in risk management and vulnerability assessment tools.
Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Experience with cloud security and identity management in cloud environments.
Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security roles.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing SailPoint solutions.
Proven track record of successfully managing security projects and initiatives
