The role focuses on configuring, developing, testing, and optimizing AI-powered agents, workflows, and integrations within a SaaS-based automation platform. Candidates should be comfortable working with APIs, automation technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver business solutions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain AI agents, workflows, prompts, and integrations within a SaaS-based automation platform.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications.
• Create and optimize prompts, workflow logic, and AI agent behavior to improve reliability and business outcomes.
• Test, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and implement improvements to increase accuracy and consistency.
• Build reusable components, templates, and accelerators that improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and implementation teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software development, automation development, workflow automation, AI applications, or QA automation.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, life sciences, or healthcare technology environments.
