Required Qualifications:

Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data management principles.
Experience with data quality management and data validation processes.
Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and data catalog tools.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Familiarity with data warehousing and data architecture concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
