Year of Experience: 8-10 total experience, with 3+ years of hands-on INSTANDA configuration experience

We are looking for an experienced INSTANDA Configuration Specialist with strong insurance technology and P&C domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring insurance products, workflows, rules, forms, rating, and integrations within the INSTANDA platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain insurance products, workflows, business rules, forms, rating, and integrations in INSTANDA.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable INSTANDA solutions.
• Support end-to-end product implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration and production issues and recommend platform best practices.
• Participate in solution design and contribute to technical and functional decisions.
• Support Agile ceremonies, estimation, planning, and iterative delivery.
• Mentor junior configurators and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
• Ensure configurations align with insurance business processes, product requirements, and platform standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Insurance Technology, with 3+ years of hands-on INSTANDA configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and P&C insurance products.
• Hands-on experience with:
• INSTANDA product configuration
• Product setup and configuration
• Workflows and business rules
• Rules engine
• Forms and document configuration
• Rating configuration
• System and API integrations
• Experience translating business requirements into platform configurations and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on end-to-end P&C insurance product implementations using INSTANDA.
• Experience with complex insurance products, including Property & Casualty, Commercial, Specialty, or Personal Lines.
• Knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle processes, including quoting, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Experience integrating INSTANDA with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, or other integration technologies.
• Understanding of insurance rating, pricing, and underwriting rules.
• Experience working closely with enterprise architects and solution architects on platform design.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior INSTANDA configurators.
• Strong understanding of insurance technology architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
• INSTANDA certifications or relevant platform training would be an advantage.
