About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support high-impact, large-scale engineering initiatives. In this contingent role, you will provide technical leadership, guide strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex engineering challenges. You will evaluate multifaceted problems, contribute to long-term planning, and ensure solutions align with organizational policies, compliance standards, and delivery expectations.
What You'll Do- Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with organization-wide impact.
- Review and analyze sophisticated, multi-dimensional engineering challenges that require evaluation of multiple technical and non-technical variables.
- Contribute to the development of solutions for ambiguous or unprecedented technical scenarios using deep domain expertise.
- Apply strong understanding of engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders and client partners to drive alignment and support project objectives.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, education, or military background.
- Experience working across both front-end and back-end technologies (Full-Stack Development).
Preferred Experience- 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
