Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM [OTL) Functional

Required Skills

10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, with strong hands-on expertise in Time and Labor.
Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Time and Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
Strong understanding of time rules, overtime calculations, shift differentials, approvals, and labor costing.
Hands-on experience with UAT, payroll parallel testing, and production support.

Work Site: Dallas, TX / Remote with Travel up to 25%

Duration: 10 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
